Our Policies
A1 We offer goods and services of satisfactory quality as defined in the Sales of Goods Act S14 (2). We are customer-oriented and provide supreme quality service to our customer.

We are committed to achieve total customer’s satisfaction through excellence in service quality, giving our customers the most exclusive, relaxing and satisfying experience.
 
A2 We employ only experienced and/or qualified therapists who have undergone training and obtained the relevant spa industry certifications. All our therapists are subject to strict annual health clearance and approved by the Licensing Division of the Singapore Police Force. To ensure satisfaction of service, we allow exchange of therapist within first 10 minutes of treatment time.
 
A2, A3, A4 & C3 Refund, Exchange & Deposit Policy
  Refund, Exchange & Deposit Policy Products, spa treatment packages and deposits may be exchanged or refunded in full within 5 working days from the date of purchase upon presentation of the original sales invoice. Refund of payment and deposit shall be by way of cheque payable to the client within 14 working days after the cancellation. (Working days should be exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.)

We will only accept products for refund or exchange which are unopened and in their original packaging. Refunds will exclude all discounts or complimentary treatments and used sessions of spa packages. Refund will not be granted for any ala-carte or trial services. Once treatment has commenced, the customer is liable for full payment. A 20% admin charge will be imposed on the refund value if transaction cancelled after 5 days cooling-off period.

Deposit will be forfeited if balance of the package is not paid within 3 months from the date of purchase.

All package signed has only one year validity from the date of purchase.

The Terms and Conditions for redemption of promotion vouchers.

Voucher is valid till Day/Month/Year.
Please call or email for appointment and quote name of promotion.
Strictly for Singaporeans, PRs, Singapore Employment Pass-holders who are first-time customers of LifeSpa.
Valid for both male and female customers aged 23 years and above.
50% off a la carte price will apply for existing LifeSpa package holders or tourists.
Choice of one treatment and limited to one voucher redemption per customer.
Voucher and NRIC or Singapore Employment Pass must be presented to qualify for treatment.
Please arrive 10 minutes before scheduled appointment to avoid reduced treatment time.
LifeSpa reserves the right to revise any of the terms & conditions without prior notice.
 
A6 We assure customers that our staff does not engaged in selling or promoting any goods or services tactics, particularly during treatment.
 
A7 We provide insurance coverage in order to protect customers of their prepayment. Customers are given documentary proof of insurance coverage upon signing of prepaid packages.
 
A8 Discounts, promotional and special offer prices shown on advertisements, brochures and posters are subject to certain terms and conditions. We will honour the prices offered according to the terms and conditions of offer during purchase.
 
A9 Payment can be made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards, NETs or Cash. We accept cash only in the Singapore currency.
 
A10 We take a serious view in regard to overcharging of clients. Front-line staff is thoroughly briefed on all types of charges before their implementation. Any change in the charges will be published in our pricelist and brochures or displayed on standees to prevent overcharging/undercharging.

Price tags/price lists used are clear and legible. A receipt will be issued for the amount paid.

We will clearly stipulate what is included in all prices quoted for treatments and spa packages, including taxes, and any other surcharges in the invoice. The prevailing GST tax is applicable as we are GST registered company.

 
A12 Our Spa Menu clearly states the nett prices of all individual treatments and services for extra services such as steam room and hydrotherapy use. Our In-Room Spa Menu for Carlton Hotel house guests clearly states all additional charges such prevailing GST charge and surcharges for appointments after 10.00pm.
 
A13 We will honour the prices quoted at the time of booking for treatments and spa packages and other related services should if there is any difference in the price between the price list or promotion leaflet and agreed price at the time of booking.

  We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of customer data and undertake not to divulge any of the customer’s personal information to any third party without the prior written consent of the customer.

Customer personal particulars are secured locked and save in our appointment system. Only authorized personnel can access the file system.
